J.R. Froemling was born in Indiana and currently resides in Illinois with her husband (Mr. F). She has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing, and is currently working towards a Master of Science in Marketing.
She got her love of writing in the early 2000s when writing fanfiction for a Star Wars community online. For several years she facilitated the online writing community before branching out to author her own stories.
